Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries and regions: the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong SAR (China), Switzerland, Singapore, Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Thailand.
Please note that our delivery service does not cover remote islands, military addresses, or regions subject to special delivery restrictions.

Delivery & DOA Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the outer carton. If any damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Where permitted, check the contents before signing; otherwise, record the unboxing process after signing.
If your product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), email hi@olares.com within 7 days of delivery. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping anything back. Be ready to provide photos or videos and, where applicable, the courier's confirmation of damage.
Please keep all original packaging and accessories. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
After we receive and verify the returned item, a replacement will ship within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary by destination.
