Refund policy

All sales of Olares One are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been shipped.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Exchange
If your Olares One arrives damaged or defective out of the box, we offer a 7-day DOA exchange. To be eligible:
  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your unit.
  • The unit must exhibit a defect or damage that was present upon delivery (not caused by user error, misuse, or physical damage after receipt).
  • You will need to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect.
To initiate a DOA exchange, please email us at hi@olares.com. Our team will respond within 2 business days and guide you through the exchange process.
Please note: The DOA exchange policy does not apply to issues caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or damage during use after delivery.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
