Refund policy

All sales of Olares One are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been placed and confirmed.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Exchange

If your Olares One arrives damaged or defective out of the box, we offer a 7-day DOA exchange. To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your unit.
  • The unit must exhibit a defect or damage that was present upon delivery — not caused by user error, misuse, or physical damage after receipt.
  • You will need to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect.

To initiate a DOA exchange, please email us at hi@olares.com. Our team will respond within 2 business days and guide you through the exchange process.

Please note: The DOA exchange policy does not apply to issues caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or damage occurring after delivery.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
